Administrative/Clerical Support

Brookside Properties is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all administrative professionals applying for a position. 

Applicants should possess the ability to:

  • Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, creating, distributing, and maintaining report/computer documents, filing, and basic correspondence.  
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, special events, and projects as outlined by the appropriate supervisor. 
  • Prepare, coordinate, track, and maintain paperwork, proposals and contract files as needed.
  • Promote and foster positive relationships with all team members and senior management staff.   

Team members should possess:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. (college courses preferred)
  • At least 0-3 years of clerical, administrative duties (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • A strong desire to succeed
  • The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and a continually-changing work load
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Experience using different office equipment
