Administrative/Clerical Support

Applicants should possess the ability to:
- Provide full administrative support including phone support, typing, creating, distributing, and maintaining report/computer documents, filing, and basic correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, special events, and projects as outlined by the appropriate supervisor.
- Prepare, coordinate, track, and maintain paperwork, proposals and contract files as needed.
- Promote and foster positive relationships with all team members and senior management staff.
Team members should possess:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. (college courses preferred)
- At least 0-3 years of clerical, administrative duties (real estate experience is a plus)
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- A strong desire to succeed
- The ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and a continually-changing work load
- Oral and written communication skills
- Experience using different office equipment
