Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain the apartment community. In addition, he or she must: handle requests for service in resident apartments in a timely and efficient manner; rotate after-hour emergency on-call responsibilities with other staff members as applicable to their property, and handle repairs and improvements of vacant apartments for a market-ready status.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Trade school and/or military training is a plus. One to five years' verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and/or painting is required. HVAC/CFC certification is also required.
