Residential Leasing/Sales
The Leasing Consultant is the primary point of contact for both prospective and existing residents. This position is responsible for the leasing process from introduction, through the move-in of new residents and also maintains a
relationship with that resident throughout the lease term. This crucial "face" of our company ensures that the office, clubroom, models, and all available inventory is market ready in supeerlative condition. Outstanding customer service and sales skills are essential to the postion.
General responsibilities within the areas of sales and marketing, customer service, and operations will be assigned. Qualified candidates should have prior sales and customer service experience, a commitment to outstanding customer service, strong communication skills, flexibility and a strong, "team player" approach. Computer literacy is a plus.
